Domestic shipments: USA


• All orders will be shipped by USPS unless otherwise arranged.
• You will have the opportunity to choose your shipping method option at checkout prior to purchasing. (Parcel Post / Priority Mail)
• Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment
• Per USPS, Parcel Post delivery is approximately 3-10 business days but cannot be guaranteed
• Per USPS, Priority Mail delivery is approximately 2-3 business days but cannot be guaranteed
• Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges that may be obtained due to errors in shipping information provided at checkout.
• There are some special considerations when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Expedited and Priority Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can't be sent to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO OR DPO.

International shipments:


• Shipping charges will vary on international shipments depending on location.
• International shipments will be mailed by USPS International First Class or USPS Priority Mail, delivery time cannot be guaranteed
• We will gladly combine shipping for multiple items shipped to receive best rate possible.

Returns


• We will gladly accept returns for a 100% money back guarantee on purchases if not fully satisfied (excluding any shipping charges)
• Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges
• If you received discounted or free shipping on your original order and decide to return your order, you will be responsible for all shipping charges that we, The Modern Pillow incurred in shipping the order to you originally. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Proof of charges will be provided to you
• All returns must be postmarked and mailed within 14 days of receiving order
• Merchandise must be returned and received in the same condition as originally shipped or refund will be denied
• It is necessary to contact us prior to returning merchandise for a return authorization or return may be denied
• Return policy does not apply to special or custom orders. Custom orders are non returnable and non refundable
• We will process refunds within 7 business days of receiving return. We cannot guarantee credit card processing times once we have initiated the refund
• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise once you've received your order, we suggest that you purchase shipping insurance for your return package.
